Shipping Charges & Order Handling
All purchases made through YKGlobalSolution.com will reflect relevant delivery and handling fees on the final invoice prior to checkout. These costs are clearly displayed for your review before confirming the transaction.
Customers bear responsibility for any additional shipping expenses resulting from address errors, failed delivery attempts, or required reshipments. These extra charges will be invoiced with mutual agreement between YK Global Solution and the customer.
Out-of-Stock or Promotional Items
Orders are processed once all products included are prepared for shipment. If certain items are not immediately available—due to limited stock or promotional offers ending—those products will be placed on backorder.
We strive to fulfill backorders at the earliest opportunity and will communicate updates via email or through our website. In instances where suppliers cannot replenish inventory, customers may choose between the following options:

Your account will be charged in full at the time the order is submitted, allowing us to secure product availability and promotional pricing. If you prefer not to be charged upfront for out-of-stock items, you may request to cancel those products and receive a credit or refund accordingly.
Estimated availability dates for backordered or pre-ordered goods will be published on our website. Please note that such dates are approximations and not guaranteed. As soon as items become available, we will promptly dispatch them at no additional shipping cost.
Liability & Ownership of Goods
YK Global Solution arranges delivery on a Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point basis. This means the risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the courier, excluding software products.
Until payment is received in full, YK Global Solution retains a purchase money security interest in the shipped goods. By placing an order, you authorize us to complete any necessary documentation required to secure that interest.
All software remains the intellectual property of its respective licensor and is subject to the terms outlined in the accompanying license agreement. Breaking the seal or installing such software indicates your full agreement with those terms.
Although we provide estimated delivery timelines, we cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. These may include—without limitation—natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disruptions, civil unrest, or shipping bans.
